A fixture in countless specialty coffee shops, this dripper goes back to a 2007 design by Hario (Japan). V60 refers to its V shape and its 60-degree angle. Besides the shape, another special feature is the large opening at the bottom, which allows faster and more even extraction than conventional drippers (e.g. Melitta).
